Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery, freight, installation and other additional charges are shown before the order is confirmed or specified in a separate quotation.<\/p>\n
Payments through Stripe<\/h3>\n
Online payments are processed through Stripe. The cards and other payment methods available at checkout depend on the Stripe configuration, customer location and order. Stripe may require strong customer authentication or perform payment-security checks. PowerNest does not store full payment-card details in its own systems.<\/p>\n
The payment is charged or authorised as indicated at checkout. If a payment fails or is declined by the payment-service provider, the order will not be processed until payment succeeds.<\/p>\n
Delivery methods and area<\/h3>\n
Products are delivered primarily within Finland. Smaller products may be shipped as parcels, while large or fragile products are delivered by freight. Collection, delivery directly to an installation site and deliveries outside Finland are agreed separately.<\/p>\n
The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Stock availability, manufacturer supply, the delivery address, weather conditions and carrier schedules may affect the delivery time. We will notify the customer of a material delay without undue delay.<\/p>\n
Large and heavy products<\/h3>\n
Solar panels, batteries, mounting systems and complete system packages may require pallet, lifting or specialist freight. The recipient must ensure suitable access for the agreed vehicle and be available to receive the goods at the agreed time.<\/p>\n
Installation services<\/h3>\n
Orders including installation are confirmed after a site survey, verification of technical conditions and separate scheduling. The online product price does not include installation unless expressly stated.<\/p>\n
Inspecting the delivery<\/h3>\n
Inspect the packaging and products within a reasonable time after receipt. Where possible, record visible transport damage on the freight document and contact info@powernest.fi.
