Updated 19 July 2026. These terms apply to orders for products and services placed through the online store of PowerNest Solutions Oy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n
We aim to present product features, compatibility, images, prices and availability carefully. Demo-product information, manufacturer data and illustrative images must nevertheless be verified before a final order. We reserve the right to correct obvious typing, pricing and availability errors before accepting an order.<\/p>\n
Consumer prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery, freight, installation, design, lifting and other additional services are charged separately unless expressly included in the product price or quotation.<\/p>\n
An order is placed by adding products to the cart, providing the requested information, accepting the terms and confirming the order with an obligation to pay. An automatic receipt message confirms that the order was received. A contract is formed when PowerNest accepts the order and sends an order confirmation or begins processing the order.<\/p>\n
We may reject or cancel an order for a justified reason, such as an obvious pricing or product-information error, lack of availability, suspected misuse, failed payment or technical impossibility of delivery. Any payment received will then be refunded without undue delay.<\/p>\n
Online payments are processed through Stripe. Payment methods displayed at checkout may include payment cards and other methods offered through Stripe. The payment-service provider\u2019s own terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. PowerNest does not store full payment-card details in its own systems.<\/p>\n
The delivery method, estimated delivery time and delivery charge are shown at checkout, in the order confirmation or in a separate quotation. Title to the goods transfers after the full purchase price has been paid. In a consumer sale, risk transfers according to applicable law, generally when the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods.<\/p>\n
Installation, electrical work, structural assessment, permits and commissioning are included only where expressly stated. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of site information and for safe access to the agreed location. A site survey may reveal additional work or limitations, which will be agreed before work continues.<\/p>\n
