Warranty and service
Manufacturers may provide product-specific material, equipment and performance warranties. A warranty is a voluntary additional benefit and does not limit the seller’s statutory liability for defects. Defect claims are assessed under applicable Finnish consumer law. Repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the sale depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
